Studio Talent Collective works alongside committed and passionate Studio Owners (like yours), so that their students may gain amazing opportunities, auditions & work in TV, Film, Commercials, Musicals & more!
No experience is necessary! We support emerging Talent and community at STC. Our goal is to make the professional arts industry accessible to everyone who wants to be a part of it. Welcome!
What you need to get started:
- A desire to perform and the ability to take direction
- Great headshot photos so we can best represent you. See below for booking information.
- A talent profile on the selected industry sites. We can help with that!

WHAT'S NEXT?
We have booked Talent with brands and networks such as Netflix, Channel 7, McDonalds, Optus, KFC, Telstra, Big W, Steggles, Disney Channel Australia, TVSN, Commonwealth Bank & so many more!! Not to mention the stage productions and professional musical auditions we book as well.
Now it's your turn! Let's get the tools together, so we can best represent you.
Here is what happens next:
- We send you a standard Talent Agency Agreement
- We get you booked in for a headshot Photoshoot
- We send you an invitation to join Casting Networks (an online industry casting platform/tool) that we use on your behalf to submit you for work
- We invite you to a virtual information session (if available). Check in with your Studio Mentor or Director for the date/time for your studio.
Everyone has a performer inside. Some of us just need a little help bringing that inner artist to life. We help talent meet opportunity!

Photos are a necessary tool that we use to promote the Talent and gain them traction. We simply can not do our job without them!
At our shoots, you will receive VIP treatment, as we make it convenient and come to your studio location.
Onsite you will have our professional headshot Photographer as well as our leading Agent, Josephine Lancuba.
Plus ++ your studio's representative is there. Rest assured you are in good hands as we walk you through the process, helping you get comfortable and bringing out your best on camera.
